BE DOPE NEWS (BDN) In celebration of the completion of R4 of the BeOS around mid-November, Be, Inc. is presenting the Leonid Meteor Storm to the people of Earth.

"We thought that since it was certain undocumented features of R4 that made the Leonid meteor storm possible, it was fitting to present the storm as R4 CDs were being pressed," said Be, Inc. CEO Jean-Louis Gassée.

"Admittedly, it took a lot of work using BeOS R4 to maintain a wormhole and manipulate sub-atomic particles moments created nanoseconds after the Big Bang in such a way that the Leonid meteors would coincide with Earth's orbit in such a precise pattern, but I think the end result was well worth the effort," added a Be engineer.
