BE DOPE NEWS (BDN) In an email, Scott Adams revealed all the production for his new Dilbert television series was done on the BeOS.

"It was even cheaper and faster than using offshore animation factories, where animators and inkers work 18 hours a day for what amounts to pocket lint - now that's efficiency," explained Adams.

The tools used to create the series were developed by the Dogbert Consultation Company and released under the DPL (Dogbert Public License) which states, in part, you are free to use the software and modify the source code as long as you agree to become slaves of Dogbert's New Ruling Class (DNRC).
